FEES: Fees at Oxford are simple and straightforward. There are no enrollment charges, registration fees, minimum session purchases, or hidden materials and technology fees. Assessment tests are a flat fee per subject and our instructional sessions are also a flat fee per session.

PAYMENT: Payment is accepted via credit card, cash, or check by drop-in, phone, or U.S. mail. We bill on a monthly basis. As such, you are required to pay for only those sessions for which your child is scheduled.

CONTRACT: Our contract is a simple document that does not require you to pay an enrollment fee, buy a block of sessions, or commit to pre-purchased time frames of instruction. Rather, our contract is designed to describe our services and liabilities so that parameters of our relationship with you are clear and helpful. We will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have regarding our contract.

ASSESSMENTS: To provide targeted, personally relevant instruction for your child, we begin our relationship with you and your child by administering an assessment test. The assessment test ensures that instruction begins where your child’s needs begin rather than from a generic list of competencies that he or she may or may not have mastered.

INDIVIDUALIZED INSTRUCTION: From the assessment test results, we craft an individualized plan of action that specifically targets your child’s weakness. As part of this crafting process, we carefully select an instructor that matches your child’s needs, personality, and learning style preferences. As the tutor-student relationship is a critical component of motivating and encouraging students, we value a careful match of your child’s specific needs to the gifts and talents of our instructors.

1-ON-1 INDIVIDUAL INSTRUCTION: This program offers the maximum benefit to most students, as careful tutor assignment, analysis of your child’s needs and crafting of an individual plan together offer a customized plan for success. Our individual one-on-one instruction is offered for all major academic subjects, grades K-12.

TEST PREP: We also offer standardized test preparation for CAT-6, SAT I & II, ACT, AP exams, and other high stake endeavors.

COLLEGE ENTRANCE & SUMMER PREP: In addition, we offer college entrance information and counseling, as well as summer review sessions, grades K-12.
